The most reproducible TRAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP422, RNA5SP420, and MIR6803. Each is linked with TRAM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAM2-to-partner and partner-to-TRAM2 results are reported.
