TRAM1L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAM1L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,394 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAM1L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC4, GNPDA2, and BDH2. Each is linked with TRAM1L1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAM1L1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAM1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAM1L1 versus SMC4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAM1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAM1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
