Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,519 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHLDB1, RBM28, and TRIOBP. Each is linked with TRAK2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAK2-to-partner and partner-to-TRAK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAK2 versus PHLDB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
