TRAK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,544 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP432, MIR5585, and TEX13A. Each is linked with TRAK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAK2-to-partner and partner-to-TRAK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP432 grouped by TRAK2-low versus TRAK2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
