Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPALIN, TAAR6, and KCNK16. Each is linked with TRAK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAK2-to-partner and partner-to-TRAK2 results are reported.
