TRAK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,412 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A9_T113, MAP2_T1649, and WDR48. Each is linked with TRAK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAK1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAK1 versus S100A9_T113 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
