Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,182 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HPD, DDX12P, and PLEKHG6. Each is linked with TRAK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAK1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAK1 versus HPD in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
