TRAK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,892 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2T, GMNN, and H2AZ1. Each is linked with TRAK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAK1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2T grouped by TRAK1-low versus TRAK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
