Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,695 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi to endosome transport, Mitochondrion distribution, and Regulation of translation at postsynapse, modulating synaptic transmission. Each is linked with TRAK1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAK1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAK1 results are reported.
