TRAJ60

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAJ60 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,955 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAJ60-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSME2, CARMIL2_S1381, and CD2. Each is linked with TRAJ60 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAJ60-to-partner and partner-to-TRAJ60 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ60 versus PSME2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAJ60→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAJ60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
