Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAJ60 RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRAJ60 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher TRAJ60 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAJ60 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and THYM show a favorable association.
READ, LUAD, and COAD are the cancer types where TRAJ60 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
