TRAJ59

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAJ59 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,183 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAJ59-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD5, UTP11, and RGS10. Each is linked with TRAJ59 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAJ59-to-partner and partner-to-TRAJ59 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAJ59→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAJ59) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
