Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAJ52 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRAJ52 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TRAJ52 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAJ52 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and LAML show a favorable association.
COAD, UVM, and CHOL are the cancer types where TRAJ52 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
