Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAJ50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,782 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAJ50-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD2, WAS, and WDFY4. Each is linked with TRAJ50 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAJ50-to-partner and partner-to-TRAJ50 results are reported.
