Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAJ48 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRAJ48 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TRAJ48 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAJ48 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and SKCM show a favorable association.
HNSC, TGCT, and DLBC are the cancer types where TRAJ48 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
