Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAJ31 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,715 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAJ31-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH2D1A, SEPTIN1, and DOCK2. Each is linked with TRAJ31 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAJ31-to-partner and partner-to-TRAJ31 results are reported.
