Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAJ31 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRAJ31 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher TRAJ31 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAJ31 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and UCEC show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRC, and CESC are the cancer types where TRAJ31 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
