The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TRAJ27 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAJ27 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC are the cancer types where TRAJ27 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
