Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAJ27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,368 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAJ27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SASH3, SH2D1A, and CD48. Each is linked with TRAJ27 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAJ27-to-partner and partner-to-TRAJ27 results are reported.
