Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAJ12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAJ12-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL601P, UBE2V1P10, and MIR2053. Each is linked with TRAJ12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAJ12-to-partner and partner-to-TRAJ12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAJ12→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAJ12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
