The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher TRAJ10 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAJ10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC are the cancer types where TRAJ10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
