TRAJ10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAJ10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,357 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAJ10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SASH3, SEPTIN1, and LPXN. Each is linked with TRAJ10 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAJ10-to-partner and partner-to-TRAJ10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAJ10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAJ10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
