Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,606 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNA5SP35, and CENPU. Each is linked with TRAIP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAIP-to-partner and partner-to-TRAIP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
