Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,406 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL134P, CXXC1, and RN7SL52P. Each is linked with TRAF7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF7-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL134P grouped by TRAF7-low versus TRAF7-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
