Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are N-Ras, PCNA, and AMPK_alpha. Each is linked with TRAF7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF7-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, N-Ras grouped by TRAF7-low versus TRAF7-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
