Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,105 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Response to dehydroepiandrosterone, and Pre-mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with TRAF7 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF7-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF7 results are reported.
