Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF6P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,186 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAF6P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein modification by small protein removal, Nucleotide-excision repair, and Autophagosome organization. Each is linked with TRAF6P1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF6P1-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF6P1 results are reported.
