Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRAF3IP2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRAF3IP2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher TRAF3IP2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRAF3IP2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and PAAD show a favorable association.

LIHC, LUAD, and PAAD are the cancer types where TRAF3IP2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
