Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,324 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RABL6, FUBP3, and RAD23B. Each is linked with TRAF2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF2-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF2 results are reported.
