Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,406 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB14, SEC16A, and ELP1. Each is linked with TRAF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF2-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRAF2 versus RAB14 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
