Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRAF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,339 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRAF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA-templated DNA replication, CTP salvage, and Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process. Each is linked with TRAF2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAF2-to-partner and partner-to-TRAF2 results are reported.
