Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRADD Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TRADD data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher TRADD Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRADD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCS, OV, and LGG are the cancer types where TRADD Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
