Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRAC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,599 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRAC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P5, MIR5586, and CDKN3. Each is linked with TRAC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRAC-to-partner and partner-to-TRAC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL12P5 grouped by TRAC-low versus TRAC-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRAC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRAC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
