TRABD2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRABD2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,411 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRABD2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUXAP1, TNFRSF1B, and ZC3H12D. Each is linked with TRABD2A in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRABD2A-to-partner and partner-to-TRABD2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRABD2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRABD2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
