Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRABD2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,799 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRABD2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCKAP1L, PARVG, and ARHGAP4. Each is linked with TRABD2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRABD2A-to-partner and partner-to-TRABD2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRABD2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRABD2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
