TRA2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRA2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,392 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRA2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8070, HMGN1P31, and RNA5SP300. Each is linked with TRA2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRA2B-to-partner and partner-to-TRA2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8070 grouped by TRA2B-low versus TRA2B-high in LAML.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRA2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRA2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
