Across TCGA cell cohorts, TRA2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,818 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRA2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Protein localization to chromosome, and Sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with TRA2B in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRA2B-to-partner and partner-to-TRA2B results are reported.
