TPX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,740 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF622_S143, UFD1_S247, and RPL12_S38. Each is linked with TPX2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPX2-to-partner and partner-to-TPX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPX2 versus ZNF622_S143 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
