TPTEP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPTEP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,617 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPTEP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEN1-CDK3, N4BP2L2, and RHOQ-AS1. Each is linked with TPTEP2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPTEP2-to-partner and partner-to-TPTEP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPTEP2 versus TEN1-CDK3 in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPTEP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPTEP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
