TPTEP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPTEP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,206 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPTEP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1A, LRP1, and LTBP2. Each is linked with TPTEP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPTEP1-to-partner and partner-to-TPTEP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPTEP1 versus MAP1A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPTEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPTEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
