TPTEP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPTEP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 694 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPTEP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETP15, WDHD1, and ADNP2. Each is linked with TPTEP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPTEP1-to-partner and partner-to-TPTEP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SETP15 grouped by TPTEP1-low versus TPTEP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPTEP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPTEP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
