Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU2-72P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU2-72P expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CESC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU2-72P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RNU2-72P RNA expression shows 5,782 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Together, these results highlight CESC, KIRC, and COAD as cancer lineages where RNU2-72P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
