Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TPTE2P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TPTE2P4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher TPTE2P4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TPTE2P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and STAD show a favorable association.
CHOL, THYM, and LIHC are the cancer types where TPTE2P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
