Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPT1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,504 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPT1P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton transmembrane transport, Nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Response to carbohydrate. Each is linked with TPT1P3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPT1P3-to-partner and partner-to-TPT1P3 results are reported.
