Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TPT1P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TPT1P3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher TPT1P3 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TPT1P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and READ show a favorable association.

SKCM, READ, and MESO are the cancer types where TPT1P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
