TPT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL31P33, RNA5SP413, and LINC02104. Each is linked with TPT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPT1-to-partner and partner-to-TPT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL31P33 grouped by TPT1-low versus TPT1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
