TPT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p70-S6K, AMPK_pT172, and EGFR_pY1173. Each is linked with TPT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPT1-to-partner and partner-to-TPT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p70-S6K grouped by TPT1-low versus TPT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
