TPST2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPST2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,100 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPST2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGB5, MICALL1, and ITGAV. Each is linked with TPST2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPST2-to-partner and partner-to-TPST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPST2 versus ITGB5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
