TPST2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPST2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,263 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA20P1, PNN, and GLRX. Each is linked with TPST2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPST2-to-partner and partner-to-TPST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPST2 versus SPATA20P1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
