TPST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPPA2, SPATA31A6, and FAM47C. Each is linked with TPST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPST1-to-partner and partner-to-TPST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPPA2 grouped by TPST1-low versus TPST1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
